  • 6 ears corn
    4 tbsp butter
    2 tbsp honey
    Pinch of salt
    Chopped parsley (optional)

Directions

  • Melt butter and honey together.
    Brush over cooked corn.
    Sprinkle with salt and parsley.
  • Preheat the Blackstone to medium heat (375–400°F).
    Brush the corn lightly with oil. Cook for 10–12 minutes, rotating every couple of minutes until all sides have golden brown spots. Brush with the honey butter mixture during the last 2 minutes. Remove and season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
